What types of textile waste does TexShift offer?We offer pre-consumer textile waste including 100% cotton, poly-cotton blends, woven offcuts, knits, jersey, fleece, and more — all manually sorted and baled.

What are your payment and shipping terms?We typically operate on 50% advance / 50% before shipment. EXW or FOB Alexandria Port terms available. LC for bulk orders can be arranged.

Which countries do you ship to?We export globally, with existing clients in Europe, the US, MENA, and Asia. All shipments originate from Egypt's Free Zones with HS-compliant documentation.

What are your lead times for orders?Standard lead time is 7–14 days, depending on order volume, material availability, and sorting complexity.

Can I request specific sorting criteria (e.g., fiber content, color)?Yes. We support client-specific sorting based on fiber, color, GSM, and contamination levels. Custom sorting may impact lead time and pricing.

Can I visit your facility or see the materials before ordering?Yes. You can request a virtual inspection, photo documentation, or visit our Free Zone warehouse by appointment.

Where do you source your textile waste from?We work with vetted Egyptian garment manufacturers and textile mills located in Free Zones, ensuring consistent supply and quality.

What certifications do you provide?We offer GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification for eligible batches, along with lab tests for fiber content, moisture, and contamination upon request.

Do you accept recycled post-consumer waste as well?At this stage, we specialize in pre-consumer industrial waste only. However, we are exploring partnerships for post-consumer waste in future phases.

Do you offer free samples?Sample swatches or small compressed packs are available for qualified buyers. Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination.

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our standard MOQ is one baled unit (~200–350kg), but larger volumes are recommended for best shipping rates.
