TexShift is a B2B textile waste export company offering sorted, baled, and certified materials sourced from Egypt’s Free Zones.

Our services are strictly for registered businesses and organizations. Individuals must be authorized representatives of their company. We reserve the right to verify user credentials and restrict access if needed.

TexShift offers:

  • Sorted textile waste (e.g., 100% cotton, poly-cotton, denim)

  • Export logistics support

  • Visual inspections, sample dispatch, and test reports upon request

All materials are pre-sorted and certified for export. Specifications vary by batch and are disclosed during inquiry or quotation.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Quotes are valid for 15 days from issuance.
All payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved B2B channels prior to dispatch. Payment schedules may vary based on order volume and client history.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged from Egypt’s Free Zones under Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF) as agreed upon in writing. Delivery timelines and logistics depend on client location and regulatory clearances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of textile waste, no returns or refunds are accepted once material is shipped unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
